E.H. Pechan & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of:

Stephen M. Roe to Vice President

B.S., Biology, Florida State University

Mr. Roe has 23 years of experience in air quality and climate change consulting, environmental management, and process engineering. For the past three years, he has directed Pechan's Climate Change Services Group. His areas of expertise include the development of emission inventories for greenhouse gases/aerosols, toxic and criteria air pollutants, as well as mitigation/control programs covering all of these pollutants. Mr. Roe is also an accredited greenhouse gas inventory verifier for California's mandatory reporting program and the Climate Action Reserve.

Mr. Bollman has over 20 years of consulting experience, including 17 years at Pechan. His areas of expertise include economic analysis, emissions forecasting, and emissions inventory development. He also has extensive experience in evaluating the economic impacts of air pollution policies, including specialized expertise in evaluating and mitigating the impacts of environmental regulations on small businesses.
